It so much easier for them to read than the pill packs, they can take their meds when they travel, and I can always see what is taken or isn’t. Their deliveries are super convenient as well! Deliveries go straight to my grandparent’s house, and I don’t have to pick up anything. They have made taking care of my grandparents that much easier, and I would suggest them to anyone. And they really tried to work with me to get them on board. Their staff is fantastic. The only problem I had was with my doctor actually getting the prescriptions to them in a timely manner, and there’s really nothing that they can do about that.

There’s not a lot of polite employees out there anymore, but an employee by the name of Daniel Moreno was especially helpful and provided some of the best customer services I’ve ever experienced. I can’t thank him enough! The last time I went there, I thought about not going anymore due to one of the employees being so rude to me and not helpful at all, but I truly do appreciate people like Daniel, and I don’t regret saying we need more people like him in the world, I just hope he knows how grateful I am for his help and he’s changed my mind about this pharmacy and I will be shopping there again!

So I went here to St. Jakobs Apotheke in a rush after being told by the last pharmacy ((rite aide)) that the medicine I needed would take close to 4 hours to make now. After giving them the information I was told it would take 15 MINUTES the person who worked there was extremely polite and straight forward the stark opposite of Rite aid who tried to make excuses for their lack of effort and efficiency. After shopping around for a little at the store’s shopping site, which is great, by the way, it has nearly everything at a normal pharmacy but without the people and large lines. Once I was back at the pharmacy, I received my medicine and was told by Vanessa, an employee at the pharmacy, that I would not pay for one of the prescriptions until tomorrow and that she would be here to follow up with me and make sure I got the medicine for my kid. I’m not normally the person to write reviews, but I had to leave this place a five-star review. If you were wondering, the other pharmacy was Rite Aid, also known as No aid, because they don’t help with anything.

Every prescription I’ve ever filled at this pharmacy has had issues. For the last four months, they have charged me full price on prescriptions and haven’t even used my insurance card for the items. I’ve never been rude, but they have never tried to fix the issues. So I’ve wasted countless hours going back and forth, speaking to them on the phone. And they are always rude to me about it. It makes zero sense because I’ve never been rude to them, and I’ve always shown patience.

I always visit this store, and the reason is that it is on my way home. But every single time I come here, they have the line, to take the customer takes forever, they never Respect the line and just take the next person who steps down in front of them without checking who is next in line, and this happens all the time. The managers of this store should check out what is going on today. We were a few people in line upset about the waiting because they are so slow, and they were taking the customers in Disorder. They need training in customer service. Especially the shift they have right now, 5:54 pm. I think it’s time to stop doing business with this store.
